This policy describes the processing of personal data relating to the site piccoloweb.ovh, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian privacy law (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).

2. Privacy by Design and by Default

This site has been designed and built applying the principles of privacy by design and privacy by default (Art. 25 GDPR).

It is a static showcase website (SvelteKit client-side): it collects no personal data, has no contact forms, no registration or login, and performs no profiling or user tracking.

3. Data Processed

No personal data is voluntarily collected from users.

The site is hosted on a Webdock Cloud VPS server (infrastructure located in Germany, EU). The web server automatically generates technical logs to ensure security and correct operation. These logs may contain:

• Visitor IP address
• Date and time of the request
• URL of the requested resource
• User-Agent (browser and operating system)

Logs are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. They are not used to identify users or for any purpose beyond technical security.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of technical logs is based on the legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring the security, stability and correct operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No processing based on consent is carried out, as no data is collected voluntarily.

5. Cookies

This site does not use cookies of any kind: no profiling, no analytics, no third-party cookies. No cookie banner is required, in accordance with applicable privacy authority guidelines.

6. Data Processor

Webdock ApS (Denmark) manages the VPS infrastructure as data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Webdock is GDPR compliant and provides adequate guarantees for data processing.

No data transfers to countries outside the EU are carried out.

7. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with Arts. 15–22 GDPR, every user has the following rights. The applicability of each to this site is indicated below.
Art. 15 – Right of Access
Request confirmation of whether personal data is being processed and obtain a copy.
Applicable: you may request technical server logs relating to your IP address.

Art. 16 – Right to Rectification
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Not applicable: the site does not collect any data consciously entered by the user. The absence of forms and accounts makes this right structurally inapplicable.

Request the deletion of personal data.
Partially applicable: technical logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Early deletion may be requested.

Not applicable: the deliberate design choice not to collect data or carry out any profiling makes this right without object.

Not applicable: this right applies exclusively to data actively provided by the user (Art. 20 GDPR). No data is collected voluntarily on this site.
Art. 21 – Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Applicable: you may object to the processing of technical server logs.

Right to Lodge a Complaint
